Last updated May 1, 2026.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Refley's websites, apps, and services. By creating an account or using Refley you agree to these terms.

2. The Refley service

Refley is a neutral marketplace that connects patients with licensed pharmacies and independent drivers. Refley does not dispense medications, fill prescriptions, or provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Refley. Pharmacies must be appropriately licensed in the jurisdictions in which they operate. Drivers must meet our background-check requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments

Patients pay through Refley at checkout, including medication cost, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes. Pharmacies and drivers receive payouts on the schedule outlined in their respective agreements.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no fraud, no unauthorized access, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no interference with platform operations, and no violations of applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Refley and its licensors retain all rights to the software, content, and trademarks comprising the service. You retain rights to your own content.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Refley does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical questions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refley's aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid Refley in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
