Refley, Inc. ("Refley", "we", "us") provides a neutral pharmacy marketplace. This policy explains what information we collect from patients, pharmacies, drivers, and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: name, email, phone number, date of birth, and credentials.
• Health information: prescriptions, dose history, and pharmacy communications you share with us.
• Payment data: handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, app interactions, and approximate location with your permission.

We use your information to operate the Refley service: matching prescriptions with pharmacies, coordinating deliveries, providing adherence support, processing payments, preventing fraud, and improving our products. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with the pharmacies you choose to use, drivers assigned to your delivery, payment processors, and service providers acting on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@refley.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under HIPAA, GDPR, or state privacy laws.

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We use encryption, access controls, monitoring, and audits to protect your data. See our security page for details.
